You don't have to find your way in alone.
We're a pre-health club at the University of Arizona. Shadowing, research, volunteering, guest speakers, and people who've already been through it.

What we do
The University of Arizona is a big place to be pre-health in. Medical Directive makes it smaller.
Access
Getting in the room is the hard part.
Shadowing spots, research assistant positions, and speakers who'll take a real question. Most of it never gets posted anywhere public. You hear about it because someone in the club heard about it first.
Service
A lot of what we do is off campus.
Street medicine, Gospel Rescue Mission, Azara Branch. Some people show up for the hours and end up staying for other reasons. Either way we could use the help.
Mentorship
Everybody here was lost a year ago.
Mentor-mentee nights pair you with a medical student. Past that, the board has taken the same classes and made the same decisions recently enough to still remember them, so ask.
Opportunities
What's open right now.
Nothing open right now.
Most spots get announced at a meeting before they end up here. Joining is the fastest way to hear about them early.
Partners
Who we work with.
Organizations around Tucson we work with, plus the College of Medicine.
- College of Medicine – Tucson
- MedTac Global
- Gospel Rescue Mission
- Azara Branch
- Princeton Review
